We are Drake and Denise Dawley. We are blended family of four amazing children, two dogs and a turtle named Mr. T.

John came into real estate after a career as a world-ranked professional golfer with a belief that an attitude of excellence carries over to all career endeavors. John has grown his real estate practice every single year since he started his real estate career in 2008. John developed many of his sales techniques from extensive work with large real estate investment groups who needed to acquire properties at the lowest possible price and to market and sell effectively for profit. John has helped numerous clients—from first-time home buyers to experienced investors—acquire property at a significant discount. John is a licensed real estate broker and holds a Business Management degree from San Diego State University. With a firm belief in continuing education, John holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE), Certified Investment Agent Specialist (CIAS) and has taken multiple real estate and investment courses.
